We keep the books for limited liability companies (d.o.o. and j.d.o.o.), and company size is not the deciding factor. We specialise in service industries.
We take over the documents from your previous accounting firm, regardless of the software it used. Switching is simplest at the end of the financial year, but it is possible at any time.
The monthly fee is fixed and depends on the scope of work: number of documents, number of employees and VAT status. There are no hidden costs: year-end statements and employee registrations, changes and deregistrations are included. You receive a quote after the intro call.
We do not charge for company formation and initial setup. For newly founded clients we do everything: incorporation through the START system, registrations with ePorezna, HZMO and DZS, and opening a bank account. We also advise on HZZ self-employment grants.
Yes. We set up everything clients need for fiscalization 1.0 (F1) and 2.0 (F2). For Fiscalization 2.0 we work with PONDI d.o.o. and its ePoslovanje service.
Incoming and outgoing invoices are delivered digitally through the FIRA app, with no paper to carry around.
Salary and benefit calculations, JOPPD filings, employee registrations, changes and deregistrations with HZMO and HZZO, travel orders, local mileage and all tax-free allowances.
